Katrina Waller news update. Katrina has not been in clinic lately, and it has left a bit of a hole in the amount of specialist treatments Compleet Feet can offer. She has been diagnosed with Muscle Tension Dysphonia. This is a condition of the voice box whereby the vocal cords are not functioning correctly. Katrina is unable to vocalise a full range of speech. This obviously makes working and  patient interaction difficult. She has been advised to have intensive speech therapy and not return to work until her true voice returns. Currently she squeaks like a mouse and at its worse voice completely evaporates. An incomplete podiatrist.

This is hugely stressful to Katrina, and one of the things  she is told not to do is get stressed! A vicious circle. She is so very sorry that she is letting patients down. Her absence has made a big impact on the business financially and on team moral. She wants to apologise  for any inconvenience this may be causing, and sincerely hoping that patients continue to support the business. The Compleet Team are doing a brilliant job in keeping patients on their feet.

So Katrina has to be patient and so do her patients! She will be back…
