Katrina has over 40 years of experience in Podiatry. Previous to setting up Compleet Feet in 2007 she worked 12 years for M.O.D at Royal Hospital Haslar. Working with service men and women in a rehabilitative role gave her extensive experience in MSK Biomechanical Assessments.
She has extended scope of clinical practice in aesthetic medicine making her one of only a handful of UK podiatrist to be an aesthetics practitioner. This enables Katrina to have the expertise required to perform advanced injectable dermal filler cushioning injections for the feet. She also has the highest accredited UK qualification in the application of lasers in aesthetic medicine.
Katrina is corticosteroid injector for lower limb foot related problems e.g. heel pain, plantar fasciitis, arthritic joint pain and Morton's Neuromas.
Katrina is keen to pass on her expertise to her younger colleagues. Recently she mentored a Foot Health Practitioner to become a fully qualified podiatrist. This gave her a great sense of achievement and pride.

Hi, Im Erin 😊 I graduated from Southampton University in 2016 and spent the first 6 years of my career working in the NHS. Throughout this time, I was able to specialise in areas of Podiatry that I found particularly interesting and rewarding, mainly treating the 'high risk foot' and Nail Surgery.
I began working at Compleet Feet in 2021, and since then I have been able to broaden my range of skills mainly in treating verrucae and fungal nails.
In 2022 I ran my first (and last!) marathon, so can always relate to patients who come in with running-related issues! You can find me at both the Alton and Westbourne clinics throughout the week, I look forward to seeing you there!

My professional career was in local government, starting as a work study officer which involved developing and running productivity incentive schemes for the manual workforce; then moving into organisation and methods which was the introduction of new technology into the office environment. I then took a sideways move into personnel management; ending as Head of Personnel with responsibility for an establishment of 320 staff and an annual budget of £8.25 million. I took voluntary redundancy in late 2004, then worked as a personnel consultant for five years until central government support to local authorities was reduced; basically a cost-cutting exercise.
I then became a carer for my ageing parents until they passed away in 2007 and 2012.
I came to Compleet Feet nearly six years ago, and support Mark as Assistant Practice Manager in order to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Interests :- classic cars, antiques, art deco glass, Victorian and Edwardian silver, making stained glass windows and Tai Chi.

I am Alton born & bred, I went to Amery Hill secondary school I didn't go to college or university I went straight to work at Lynwood scientific the Monday after I finished school and stayed there until my son was born. When the time was right I did a few jobs in retail, footwear being one of them. I then started work at Treloars in 1989 doing nights & was there until I joined Compleet 2 years ago. I have never looked back. I love working at Compleet Feet, they are such lovely people.
Away from work I enjoy spending time with my family. I have 1 son, 1 stepson and I have 4 granddaughters who are my world! I enjoy reading, traveling spending time with my family & socialising with friends 😁

Hello, my name is Bryan Headwards. I graduated as a podiatrist from Southampton University way back in 2005 (prior to that I was a Baker for 10 years!! Initially I practiced podiatry for Bournemouth and Poole PCT for two years, then Portsmouth PCT for a further nine years. During my time within the NHS I worked within the nail surgery team, undertook multidisciplinary care plans for high risk and diabetic patients alike and also worked as a podiatrist for Hampshire prison services health department. Since 2016 I have continued my practice at compleet feet at alton, offering routine podiatry care, nail surgery for ingrowing toe nail complaints and care planning for more invasive treatment packages typically veruca and fungal nail management.

Aside from working I live in the new forest near the coast with my two daughters, usually spend most of my time entertaining them, I like films, currently dabbling at gardening and DIY, and exploring the world (when I can).

I have had a varied working career. Prior to my podiatry degree I took a psychology degree and worked in adult care. In 2003 I decided I wanted to retrain and become a podiatrist. Qualified in 2005 at Southampton, and have worked for Solent NHS Trust for eight years. I have special interest in nail surgery and biomechanical MSK work.

My interest in podiatry came from the often immediacy of the results and the possibility to move people out of pain and discomfort. Podiatry is a rewarding career when you can make a big positive impact on the quality of people's lives.

Away from the world of feet I am a fanatical animal lover and would collect every waif and stray if I had somewhere to keep them!

I am looking forward to developing new skills at Compleet Feet and meeting new people and providing the very best of care.

Elaine grew up in Basingstoke and, after a few years away from Hampshire, moved to Alton the week before Christmas 2015. After many years in banking, over 40 years, Elaine took voluntary redundancy to find pastures new. The long train trips every day into London were no longer appealing after working from home for 2 years during the Covid pandemic.

Elaine was one of Katrina's patients who asked her would she like to come and work with her team. Fortunately, Elaine said yes! A new challenge away from banking. Away from Compleet Feet Elaine spends her time catching up with family and friends.
