Compleet Feet podiatry milestone. We have just registered our 10,000th patient at our Alton clinic. This gives us such a sense of achievement, especially in these challenging Covid-19 times. Our clinic first opened during the 2007/8 recession. That too was an inauspicious period of time, but we got through it to grow to where we are today. We had less than 100 patients on the database in 2008, so to reach 10,000 in 2020, is an outstanding milestone figure.

That figure of 10,000 patients registered literally means 20,000 feet stepped, hopped, hobbled  into Compleet Feet to be treated as new patients. Obviously some adjustments to that figure need to be considered; babes in arms, children in pushchairs, patients in wheelchairs and the odd amputee! Naturally, not all those feet attend now, as life unfolds and we fix and treat.

Fixing and treating feet is what Compleet Feet Podiatry prides itself on. We have always, under the direction of Katrina Waller, our Consultant Podiatrist, tried to be a leading clinic in the podiatry world. We offer a comprehensive range of treatments for most lower limb foot related problems. Our Mission Statement is ‘There is always something that can be done’. It is always important for us to consider all treatment options, to ensure a foot problem is satisfactorily resolved. There nearly always is something that can be done whether to completely or partially  fix an issue, or help to put patient on the right path.

As a clinic having many treatment options is wonderful, but it is the fantastic  team of people who work at Compleet Feet who underpin it’s success. Our terrific podiatrists, who  are very knowledgeable and skilled medical experts, cannot work alone. They rely on the  great backup support of the admin and reception staff. We are very proud to announce that all our furloughed staff will be returning back to clinic. No Covid casualties.

A successful business like Compleet Feet is all about  people. Not just the team, but also  the patients who attend. Thankfully, many of that 10,000 figure are coming back into clinic. Their loyalty and support is so appreciated. Our patients are definitely helping us to get back on our feet as we help them to keep fit on theirs. Thank you to all, and here we are burgeoning on to the 20,000th!
