The podiatry team at Compleet Feet are delighted to have received today their practice re-accreditation. As a clinic we work very hard behind the scenes to ensure we adhere to the highest standards set by The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists for clinical excellence. Our HR bod, Malcolm spent many hours collating together all the evidence based material the Society required as proof of our on-going best practice. As a clinic it is a great audit exercise as to how we are performing. We undertook a Patient Satisfaction Survey in September as part of it. Below is the analysis of the 26 voluntary responses received(Comment box left on counter). Percentages are for satisfaction levels.

We are delighted to get such positives responses. Patient satisfaction is paramount to us.
